Building Organizational Alignment
Internal communications ensure that every employee — from store staff to corporate teams — understands the brand's messaging, processes, and culture. I've worked on two types of internal communications at Erajaya Digital:
SOP Documentation: Writing clear, actionable standard operating procedures that guide store operations and employee behavior.
Employee Communications: Crafting email blasts and internal announcements that engage employees, share updates, and build culture.
What I Did
- 01 SOP Documentation: Wrote internal SOP communications for store operations — including security alarm procedures at iBox stores.
- 02 Employee Email Blasts: Crafted internal email communications for employee engagement, including flash deal announcements and corporate events.
- 03 Corporate Communications: Wrote internal messaging for company-wide events like Bukber (corporate iftar gatherings).
- 04 Team Alignment: Ensured internal messaging was consistent with external communications, creating a unified brand voice across all touchpoints.
- 05 Employee Engagement: Created communications that motivated and informed employees, building a stronger organizational culture.

SOP Documentation: iBox Security Alarm
One example of my internal communications work is the SOP documentation for iBox store security alarm procedures.
Purpose: Ensure consistent, secure product display practices across all iBox stores, protecting both inventory and customer experience.
Format: Video script format for training purposes.
Campaign Impact
Internal communications impact measured through employee feedback, operational consistency, and team alignment.
